EACH DAY GIVES RISE TO A NEW OPPORTUNITY

People About Change, Inc. (P.A.C., Inc.) is a non-profit organization founded by Attorney Mark St. Vil in February 2019. With a deep-rooted passion for improving the lives of those in need, our organization focuses on serving the underserved and underexposed communities in the South Florida area. Through various initiatives and community-based events, we aim to bring positive change to individuals and families, offering them a chance at a brighter future.

Since our inception, P.A.C., Inc. has awarded thousands of dollars in scholarships to local residents, providing them with opportunities for education and personal growth. We have also organized impactful events such as Back to School Drives, Holiday Giveaways, Movie Nights, and Thanksgiving Food Donations, which have brought joy and support to our community members. Additionally, our annual Homeless Food and Toiletry Giveaway has helped feed over 1000 transient and displaced South Floridians, offering them essential supplies and helping to restore their sense of belonging.

While Attorney Mark St. Vil, may have been the driving force behind P.A.C., Inc., creation, this is far from a one-man team. He has encouraged and supported the entire P.A.C., Inc., team and continues to exemplify our commitment to action and change through his legal work at The St. Vil Firm, Inc., and his social work throughout South Florida, and particularly in North Miami Beach, where he’s ran for elected office and serves as Chairman of the City’s quasi-judicial Planning and Zoning Board. His tireless dedication to improving the lives of those around him sets the foundation for our organization’s values. We believe that change begins with individuals who are willing to step up and make a difference, and we strive to inspire others to join us on this journey.
